Return Policy

  • Return Window: Products may be returned within 30 days of receipt.

  • Product Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Customized products, used items, and promotional giveaways are not eligible for return.

  • Return Procedure: Please contact our customer service team before sending back any items. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

  • We accept product exchanges for incorrect items, defective products, or size/color issues.

  • Please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment or offer other solutions based on your request.

Refunds

  • After we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
